Flying-W Guest Ranch

BUS TOURS: General Store and Ranch Tour, plus a meal: The Outlaw Brisket or the Trail Boss Side Kick chicken fried steak dinner. Soda, coffee or tea. $25 per person.
BUFFALO GAP PACKAGE: MONDAY - SUNDAY
All pricing is per person double/single occupancy and includes: Cabin accommodations, meals, and*activities (Special classes and clinis and roundtrip airport transportation not included). Check in 1 p.m., Noon check out. Includes up to 4-2 hr. trail rides Mon-Saturday.

WEEKENDER PLAN: FRIDAY - SUNDAY
Includes *activities, Friday night dinner, Saturday lunch & dinner, and 2 hr. trail ride for up to 4 people on Fri. & Sat.

COWBOY UP EXPERIENCE - SUNDAY-SATURDAY
Nights 1 and 2 are spent here at the ranch for introduction and instruction-what we call the "Cowboy 101 course". The 3rd day, we'll pack equipment and go out and make cow camp. On the 4-5th day, we'll work cattle or whatever work needs to be done. You will cook in dutch ovens over an open fire, cowboy style. On the 6th day, we'll finish work, break camp, and return to ranch headquarters. Then we'll have graduation, where trophy Belt Buckles are awarded. CATTLE ROUND-UP (1 DAY)
One Night at the Ranch either in one of our cabins or teepees, starting early the next morning with a hearty breakfast. Spend all day separating and moving cattle back to respective pastures. At the end of a satisfying work day, travel back to the ranch and enjoy a mouth watering Dinner at Sassy’s. Limited to 6 people   Double Single Cabin $450. $500. Teepee Sleeping bag required (bring your own) $350. $400.

Deposit Requirements for Reservations
Deposit requirements are approximately 50% of your stay w/balance paid two weeks before arrival. No reservation is confirmed until deposit is received.

Cancellation/Deposit Refund Policy
Deposit refund, less a 25% office fee per deposit, will be made only if we are able to fill the vacant space left by your cancellation. No refund of deposit if cancellation is made with less than 30 days notice to us. Guests concerned with loss of deposit may want to consider purchasing Trip Insurance.
